ThermiRF Treatments
ThermiRF uses heat and radiofrequency to perform non-surgical tightening and dissolving of fat. ThermiTight uses a microcannula to go under the skin of the area being treated and heats the area with radiofrequency to a temperature that will cause tightening and lipolysis (bursting fat cells). The outside skin of the area being treated is monitored with an infrared skin thermometer to minimize the chance of injuring the skin and / or causing a burn. The procedure is done while the patient is awake and the downtime is very minimal (a couple of days of swelling if no liposuction is done at the same time) with some possibility for minor bruising. Results are usually first noticed a few weeks after the procedure but then continue to improve over the course of the next several months--improvement has even been seen to continue after one year! This is an exciting technology and the first time we have truly had something "non-surgical" that is worthwhile to provide long lasting results.

ThermiSmooth Face is uses the ThermiRF device. The ThermiRF device heats tissue to melt fat and smooth out wrinkles by utilizing radiofrequency electrical energy. ThermiSmooth Face utilizes a transcutaneous electrode on the skin’s surface to heat skin to a clinician-selected therapeutic temperature.
